Nomination for business Partner
Each school is in our district will have the opportunity to nominate one business partner who has been active in our school with the students, staff, and the community for the Commissioner's Business Recognition Award in the state of Florida.  Therefore; we at Pine Meadow would like to nominate your company for this great recognition...
Allen Levin and Robert Rinke were developers through the eighties and nineties and wanted to add a real estate sales division at the turn of the millennium.  Levin and Rinke Resort Realty was founded in 2000.  Partners Alan Levin and Robert Rinke wanted to create a real estate development company that is unparalleled on the Gulf Coast, which they have done.  Walter Pierce, after a success with another company in town, transferred his real estate license to the Levin/Rinke brokerage in 2000, at the start of the business.  Walter saw the potential for tremendous growth and positive influence with the vision of owners such as Levin and Rinke.

Meanwhile, Walter’s long-standing history with Pine Meadow Elementary School was only just beginning.  The commitment Levin and Rinke Resort Realty and broker-salesman Walter Pierce have shown Pine Meadow has been phenomenal.  Students in the “Flag Club” each received a patriotic book at the end of the 2004-2005 school year, thanks to the generosity of Resort Realty.  In addition, donations have been made each year to the Fall Carnival, from money to support the carnival to complimentary resort vacation weekends for the carnival silent auction.  Walter’s community service as a businessman includes his service with the Pensacola North Rotary Club.  This has given him the opportunity to provide coloring books and tapes, to each second grade class, which educate the children about the Rotary four-way test.  Walter personally delivers these to each second grade class at Pine Meadow and spends time introducing the books and tapes to the children.

The business relationship and friendly partnership shared by Walter Pierce, broker-salesman, Levin and Rinke Resort Realty, and Pine Meadow Elementary School is one of success and promise.  The success on the business side of the relationship, and their promise to the school, contributes to the success of the school, the students, and the promise of the future through children whose lives are affected by businesses that care.

Aside from buying and selling real estate, Walter enjoys many other activities.  This photo was taken in NYC at the US Realty Building just for fun.  His wife and four children are his top priority and he spends a great deal of time with his family. He also takes time for sailing, tennis, water sports, and reading for enjoyment as well as education. He is an active member of First Church Pensacola and ICON, the Pensacola LEAD-ers, Pensacola North Rotary,  Teaches Sunday school, serves on the NBCook SAC, and is a partner in education with a local school.  He enjoyed spending time teaching JA, Serving NE Sertoma, Gulf Coast Crime Stoppers, Rotary Liason to the CHS Interact club, Facilitator and group leader for Outback America and Rotary International district 6940 RYLA.
